🔔 সমাবর্তনের বিজ্ঞপ্তি

চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ৫ম সমাবর্তনে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য প্রথম পর্যায়ের আবেদনের সময়সীমা শেষ। ২০১১ থেকে ২০২৩ সাল পর্যন্ত যে সকল শিক্ষার্থী ইতোমধ্যে মূল সনদ উত্তোলন করেছেন, তারা আগামী ৩রা এপ্রিল হতে ৯ই এপ্রিল ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত রেজিস্ট্রশন করতে পারবেন। সকল পর্যায়ের নিবন্ধিত আবেদনকারীরা কনভোকেশন পোর্টালে আগামী ৩রা এপ্রিল থেকে জমাকৃত আবেদন পত্র দেখতে পারবেন এবং ১লা মে থেকে Convokee Card ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন। যাদের  আবেদন স্ট্যাটাস Submitted এবং পেমেন্ট স্ট্যাটাস Paid, তাদের জন্য নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল  ঐচ্ছিক(optional)। ফি পরিশোধের পর যাদের প্রোফাইল আপডেট হয়নি, তারা SSLCommerz থেকে প্রাপ্ত Invoice এর একটি কপি এপ্লিকেশন সিরিয়াল নাম্বার উল্লেখ করে ৩রা এপ্রিল থেকে [email protected] ঠিকানায় মেইল করে জানাতে পারবেন।

Scanned copies of combined marksheet and registration card must be uploaded with the application.

Scanned copies of Honours combined marksheet, Masters examination marksheet, and Masters registration card must be uploaded with the application.

Other Degrees

Scanned copies of final examination marksheet and registration card must be uploaded with the application.

For

Provisional Certificate Holders

Those who have previously received a provisional certificate must submit the original copy at the convocation help desk before receiving the convocation attire (gown).

If an individual has received multiple degrees, he/she must submit separate application and registration fee for each degree.

Registration fees must be paid through the convocation portal using online payment gateway.
